Fall 2005 Approvals

1. 9531 E. Stanhope Rd. Place a 8 by 12 foot pre-built wood shed on the south side of lot. Shed to be located approximately 13 feet from side of the lot line and approximately 50 to 60 feet from East Stanhope (front of the property line).

Recommendation: Approved

2. 9708 West Bexhill Drive. Additon of a three story addition to the rear of the house that is approximately 18 feet and 6 inches deep by 32 feet and 6 inched wide. The project also includes a shed at the rear of the property that is 7 feet and 5 inches from the rear property line.

Recommendation: Approved

3. 9609 Old Spring Road. Expand driveway and build a new stone retaining wall.

Recommendation: Approved

4. 9913 East Bexhill Drive. Build a portico at the front of the house.

Recommendation: Approved, and they agreed to place an RCHCI approval sign on site.

5. 9603 Hillridge Drive. Build a fence in the backyard of the property, which will be 6 feet high and consist of vinyl materials.

Recommendation: Approved, and they will post an RCHCI approval sign on site.

6. 9635 Elrod Road. Tear down existing home and construct a new 6 bedroom, 4 bath home with approximately 4000 square feet of living space.

Recommendation: Approved, and they will post an RCHCI approval sign on site.

7. 9602 Hillridge Drive. Construct a fence at rear of property and renovation to existing house that does not change the existing lot line dimensions.

Recommendation: Approved.
