Traffic and Transportation 2004 Survey

The RCHCA Traffic and Transportation Committee is developing an action plan for the coming year and we need to know what you think.  Please take a moment to complete this survey to help us identify our priorities.  Feel free to ignore questions or to add an additional page!  Please fill it out (both sides!) and return it before November 6, 2004 to Alexa Freeman at 9632 Kensington Parkway, Kensington, MD 20895.
